Orders

By submitting an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has entered fulfillment.

Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, unavailable inventory, incorrect pricing, technical error, legal restrictions or other legitimate operational reasons.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, dimensions, materials, functions and included components accurately.

Minor differences in color or appearance may occur because of screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, manufacturing variation or natural characteristics of the material.

Prices & Charges

Product prices, available discounts, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, and the final order total are displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Prices and promotional offers may change from time to time before an order is submitted.

The applicable purchase amount is the amount presented during checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine technical or pricing errors.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and any applicable fraud, authentication or security checks performed by the relevant payment provider.

If payment cannot be successfully authorized, the order may not be accepted or fulfilled.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

During holidays, promotional periods or unusually high order volume, processing may require up to 5 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout.

Orders may be fulfilled from our facilities or designated fulfillment partners depending on inventory availability, product location, product type and destination.

The physical shipping origin may therefore differ from our registered business address.

Delivery & Tracking

Where available, shipment tracking information is provided after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, weather, customs procedures, seasonal volume and other transportation circumstances may affect delivery time.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.

Our refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days after the applicable return has been received, inspected and approved.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation by contacting service@coraliex.com promptly before fulfillment begins.

We will make a reasonable effort to honor eligible requests, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment, packing or shipment has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Damaged, Defective, Leaking or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, broken, leaking, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, contact us with your order information.

We may request photographs or videos of the product, outer package and protective packaging where appropriate.

After reviewing the circumstances, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution.

Product Use & Safety

Products should be used in accordance with the instructions and safety information supplied with the product.

• Do not leave burning candles unattended.
• Keep candles and incense away from combustible materials.
• Keep hot wax warmers and heated surfaces away from children and pets.
• Use fragrance oils or refills only with compatible products and according to instructions.
• Keep electrical fragrance devices away from water.
• Discontinue use of an electrical product if the cord, plug or device is damaged.

Promotions

Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions, quantity limitations or other conditions presented with the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes may not be combined where the checkout system does not permit combination.

Promotions may be modified or ended before a qualifying order is submitted.

Errors & Availability

We may correct genuine pricing, description, specification, inventory or technical errors when identified.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, we will provide an appropriate explanation and available resolution.

Product availability is not guaranteed until the applicable order is successfully accepted for fulfillment.

Third-Party Services

The store may use third-party providers for payment processing, website operation, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, customer communications and related services.

These service providers may operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where applicable law provides customers with additional mandatory protections, those rights remain available.

Responsibility & Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused solely by misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to follow product instructions or improper handling of the product.

We are also not responsible for delays or interruptions caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, website functionality, business practices or applicable requirements.

The current version will be posted on this page.
